Other areas have reported individuals impersonating water utility employees, asking to test resident’s water pressure and requesting to enter homes. Augusta Water employees will NEVER ask to enter your residence or ask for money. Each employee has Augusta Water apparel and will be in an Augusta Water vehicle with "Local Government" tags.   • Pay fees according to Fee and Rate Schedules
