Other areas have reported individuals impersonating water utility employees, asking to test resident’s water pressure and requesting to enter homes. Augusta Water employees will NEVER ask to enter your residence or ask for money. Each employee has Augusta Water apparel and will be in an Augusta Water vehicle with "Local Government" tags. Residential Collections
Augusta Water contractually operates the Augusta Regional Landfill for the County of Augusta and the Cities of Staunton and Waynesboro. Augusta Water does not operate the County’s Convenience Sites or provide curbside service in Staunton or Waynesboro.
